HOW TO USE THE ONLINE TAXI BOOKER?...
First click on the MAKE A BOOKING link below. Google maps does not always give house or business name or numbers, if the google map doesn't recogniise the name, just type in the road or street name or just the area to bring up the location on the map , now move the map by holding down your cursor and position the yellow icon pin as near as possible to your location, The JERSEY TAXIAPP will automatically pick up your GPS location then display it on the screen, now you can use the pencil icon to add your address manually and you can do the same for the 'Drop off' location. The actual house or property name or number can also be put into the 'ADD MESSAGE TO DRIVER' box along with any other further directions to help the driver find any difficult locations, finally you will be asked to create an account if you haven't already done so, it is important to give a contact number as this is helpful if the driver needs to contact you directly.
IMPORTANT:- Remember to also click the Time button to add the time and date that you need the taxi, otherwise it will go out as an ASAP bookings.
You will also see a fare estimation for your journey before you press the 'Book' button.
You will be sent an SMS message or email when a driver accepts the booking. This will be sent about 12 minutes before the designated arrival time.

BOOKING NOTICE. Please note that this online booking page and the JERSEY TAXIAPP will only tell you if the booking was successfully sent, this does not mean that a driver has accepted the booking yet, its only when a driver accepts will you receive acknowledgement on the ' Track ride' screen or by text message or email to say your booking request has been accepted and the drivers name and vehicle details will also be provided.
